Throughout time peoples have moved across the globe. Some were seeking power and conquest; others were fleeing persecution, many were in search of a better life.  They have left their imprint in architecture, music and folklore, but also in food.


Through Kuhama I hope to welcome people into my home to share the history of these varied communities.  Peoples bound not only by nationality, or faith, but also by collective aspirations. Each supper we journey to a new part of the world; through sampling the timeless traditions of food we learn about how historical constraints have defined gastronomy throughout time.
